Women With A Mission: Who We Are

Women With A Mission is a ministry of women to women.

Founded as a nonprofit organization in 1997 by Rev. Lana Heightley of Colorado Springs, our mission is to train and equip women around the world to become leaders for Christ in their nations.

Women With A Mission: What We Do

Raising up women leaders

...in Third World countries, where leadership training for women is not readily available, is the heart of W.W.A.M.'s ministry. Rev. Heightley brings mature Christian women from across the globe together for ministry and training teams. These teams provide biblical teaching and leadership training to women wherever they are - in their own villages, towns and countries.

W.W.A.M. teams conduct seminars, workshops, conferences and crusades. Their passion is to help women discover their gifts, talents, purpose and destiny, and to see their God-given abilities released in ministry.

Lost and Found

I had no idea that it was the power of the Holy Spirit. I did not want to stop moving forward, so I crawled the rest of the way to the altar. As I repeated the prayer of salvation, I saw my life flash before my eyes like a moving picture. At the end of the putrid scenes, I saw and heard Jesus Himself say to me, “That is what you have done, but I have washed you clean.”

Women's Conferences - Team members with years of experience in public speaking and training can lead or be a part of your women's conferences.

Seminars or Workshops - Key team members can conduct one-day seminars and workshops on location anywhere in the United States.

International Missions Teams - Join with women of all ages from across the US who have been called to teach & train women.
